At Kurti Club, we carefully check every product before packing and dispatch. Please read our cancellation, return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

No Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please check the product, size, delivery address and other details carefully before completing your order.

No Return / No Exchange / No Refund

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, colour preference, dislike of the product or other personal preferences.

Please check the product details and our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please report the issue to Kurti Club within 24 hours of delivery.

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is compulsory for us to review any claim.

Your video must:

• Start before opening the parcel
• Clearly show the sealed package
• Show the complete unboxing without cuts, pauses or edits
• Clearly show the product received
• Show the product from all sides and clearly capture the defect, damage or incorrect item

Claims without a complete unboxing video cannot be accepted or processed.

Once the claim has been reviewed and verified by our team, Kurti Club will provide an appropriate resolution for the affected product.

Important

We strongly recommend recording the unboxing from the moment you receive and open your parcel. Please do not pause or stop the recording until you have completely checked the product.
